How to change the IMEI number

  1. First dial * # 7465625 # or * # * # 3646633 # * # * on your Android phone.
  2. Now press on the Connectivity option or call pad.
  3. Now search for CDS data and then click on it.
  4. Then, check out for Radio the information.
  5. Now, if your Android device is a dual sim device, you’ll get two options IMEI 1 [ SIM1 ] and IMEI 2 [ SIM2 ]. Then pick one or you’d like to modify the IMEI number.
  6. Change your IMEI number shown below.
    • AT +EGMR=1,7,”IMEI_1” and “AT +EGMR=1,10,”IMEI_2”
  7. Now just replace your desired number with IMEI1 or IMEI2. And click the SEND button.

Note: You can also use any Blackberry [ BB ] IMEI number to modify the IMEI number.

How to Change Device ID of your Tablet and Android Phone

You can change the device ID of an Android device with our root.

Change Device ID with the Root:

  1. First Root Your Android device.
  2. Now, Download and Install Device ID Changer
  3. Follow this app’s wizard now.
  4. After changing the device ID, restart/reboot your device and finish it.

Change Device ID without the Root:

  1. First, back up your Android device.
  2. Go to Settings. and then click Backup & Reset
  3. Then click ‘ Reset Data Factory.
  4. And then reset your phone.
  5. When resetting it. Then you’ll get a new, unique device ID.

Now: All data such as messages, phone memory, contacts, and apps will be wiped out. So, you need to back up your device and you can restore it afterwards.
