iPhone 15 Pro Max Screen Repair Cost Revealed

iPhone 15 Pro Max Screen Repair Cost Revealed. For some parts, Apple’s new iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max will be substantially less expensive to fix. Last week, the tech giant introduced the iPhone 15 series during its September Apple event, emphasising its commitment to repairability. Apple has now updated its website with pricing information for iPhone 15 repairs.

iPhone 15 Pro Max Screen Repair Cost Revealed

Repairing a broken or shattered back glass on any iPhone 15 model without Apple Care Plus costs between $169 and $199, depending on the model.

That is a significant saving over last year’s iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max. While iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus repairs cost $169 to $199, replacing damaged rear glass on the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models without Apple Care Plus costs $499 and $549, respectively.

Because of their innovative design, iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max repairs will be less expensive. On the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max, Apple uses a recycled aluminium framework, which makes replacing the glass easier and less expensive.

When repairing a cracked screen and back glass damage, the cheaper cost is reflected. This repair will cost $429 for the iPhone 15 Pro but $599 for the iPhone 14 Pro. Many other fixes, including changing a battery or repairing a rear camera, are the same price for the iPhone 15 and iPhone 14.

Apple has begun to emphasise repairability, launching a Self Service Repair programme for many iPhone and Mac models last year. However, not all tech giant’s equipment is simple to repair. Apple’s iPhone 13 Pro from 2021 has a 5 out of 10 repairability rating from iFixit.

Last year’s iPhone 14 was rated 7 out of 10 by the site as the most repairable iPhone in years. The internal overhaul that resulted in the iPhone 14’s reparability does not exist on the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max models, which is reflected in the cost of repairs charged by Apple.
